Partial settlement

A lender has reported that:

• The debt on that account has been included in a voluntary arrangement which has been successfully completed or
• The debt on that account has been included under a bankruptcy order which has been discharged or
• A smaller amount has been agreed and accepted as full or final settlement of the account or
• An asset has been repossessed and the amount owed will not be pursued.
