Notice of Dispute A Notice of Dispute is a "flag" added to an item of data by Experian indicating to any lender who retrieves that data that the individual concerned disputes the accuracy of the information. The data is then investigated by Experian to ascertain whether or not it is accurate. The flag is deleted when the investigation is complete.
