The information included on the credit report provided by such agencies contains all the credit report information held about you by these companies. However, to ensure that you are aware of the information held by other credit reference agencies you may wish to apply for your credit report from them. You will need to send a £2 statutory fee together with details of your full name, date of birth, and the addresses you have lived at over the past six years, to the following addresses:
